Page-based Numbering of Terminals / Pins as an Alternative to Orientation of Plot Frame

When numbering terminals or pins you have the possibility to specify the desired sequence for the numbering in the Sequence field. A menu path is: Project data > Terminal strips > Number terminals. A page-based numbering of terminals / pin could only be carried out according to the reporting direction of the plot frame - via the "Page-based" setting. For example projects according to the IEC standard are numbered by column, whereas projects according to the NFPA standard are numbered by row. With the new "Page-based (as an alternative to orientation of plot frame)" setting option, you can specify that the terminals / pins are numbered by page, with the sequence being alternative to the reporting direction of the plot frame. For example projects according to the IEC standard are numbered by row and projects according to the NFPA standard are numbered by column.

Benefit:

Through the new setting option for the sequence of the numbering, terminals / pins can be selectively numbered by row or numbered by column for a page-oriented numbering.
