If a user already has a permission for the project, file or master data and you assign a permission to them again, the highest permission that was assigned always applies to the user. Example: If a user has the "Edit" permission for a project and you assign the "View" permission for the same project to the team where the user is located, the user keeps the "Edit" permission.
To find the team or user faster, you can enter the name of the team or user or the e-mail address of the user in the search field.
You can specify the period during which the user or the team should have access to the project, master data or files. Further information is available here.
