PLC-konfigurationen är alla kompletta datauppgifter i en utbytesfil (PLC-konfigurationsfil) i ett PLC-konfigurationsprogram. PLC-konfigurationer ger information om vilka nätverkskomponenter som är anslutna till varandra, vilka PLC-kort (typ) som är placerade på vilka slot / moduler och vilka adresser som finns på vilka PLC-kort.
