Click the button of the toolbar to view or change your personal User data in the following dialog.
In addition, the following possibilities are available:
- Request confirmation mail again
- Change password
- Display News
- Subscribe to Newsletter
- Generate Part inquiry
Open the Settings tab to view and, if necessary, edit the settings for your work with the Data Portal. The settings are managed user-specifically. The following possibilities are available:
- Use the User interface group box to determine the start page for your work with the Data Portal; in addition you specify here in which language the dialogs and the online help and in which language the master data are to be displayed.
- Use the Block view group box to determine how many parts are to be displayed per page and if display is to include images, features and / or filters.
- Use the Table view group box to determine the configuration for table view; you can, e.g., determine how many parts are to be displayed in table view per page. For this, the Parts per page setting is available.
If a column is not to be used, select the "Not used" option here. If you set this option (e.g.) for the Contents of column 2 field, then no gaps occur, because all unused columns are sorted to the end of the table.
Furthermore, you can determine the format for each column. - In the Prefilter group box, you can enter a saved filter scheme as a prefilter. The actual main filter is evaluated additionally (AND operation).
- In the Extent of parts import group box you can determine, if the macro, the graphical macro and / or the associated documents, are to be imported when the part is imported.
- The group box Rittal Therm Selector is available for coupling to the Rittal Therm configurator: This is where you set the language of the configurator and your login data. (Cf. the information in the section Utilizing the Rittal Therm Configurator.)
- The Result of the up-to-date check group box provides you with a filter that can be placed on your local parts, to check at any time if all parts are up-to-date.
Use Save to apply and save the settings; then click on the button of the desired display type to have the updated display shown.
Notes:
- All set filters are deleted when you switch to the EPLAN Data Portal Start page.
- Please note that with regard to the GUI language setting, the language that is currently set in EPLAN has priority! The Data Portal-specific language is only needed if you view Data Portal dialogs outside of EPLAN. This is usually only the case when confirming the e-mail address.
