    Public MethodGetInstalledEplanVersionsOverloaded. Get Eplan versions which are currently installed on local machine.  
    Public MethodSelectEplanVersionOverloaded. Select one eplan appliaction installed on this machine. When there are more than one installed, a select dialog will appear.
