| PropertyIndex | if the property has indices, the index; mostly 0 (in)(obligatory) |
| PropertyValue | new value of the property (in)(obligatory) |
When PAGE_LASTMANUMODIFICATIONDATE property is set, then PropertyValue has to be formatted this way:
