Adds a new manufacturer to the parts data

Syntax

public MDAddress AddManufacturer( 
   string shortName
)

public:
MDAddress^ AddManufacturer( 
   String^ shortName
)

Exceptions

Exception	Description
MDInvalidArgumentException	If manufacturer already exists.

Remarks

The short name has to be unique in the manufacture list of the parts database.
