Delete Eplan ID

Without an Eplan ID you will not be able to use the Eplan Cloud products or the Eplan Platform 2022 or higher.

  1. My settings > Sign-in

Prerequisite: My settings is open.

Before you can delete your Eplan ID, you must first hand over your role as main administrator in all the organizations.

  1. Click Sign-in in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Delete Eplan ID.
  3. Enter your password or use your other account (Microsoft, Google) and click Next.
  4. Click Delete Eplan ID.
  5. You have deleted your Eplan ID.

    6. You will be signed out immediately and your Eplan ID will be deleted permanently.

  1. My settings > Sign-in

Prerequisite: My settings is open.

  1. Click Sign-in in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Delete Eplan ID.
  3. Enter your password or use your other account (Microsoft, Google) and click Next.
  4. Enter the code that is displayed in the authentication app.

    5. You can also use the recovery code:

    1. Click Use recovery code.
    2. Enter the recovery code.
  5. Click Next.
  1. Click Delete Eplan ID.
  2. You have deleted your Eplan ID.

    3. You will be signed out immediately and your Eplan ID will be deleted permanently.
