Options > Settings > Workstation > Display > General.
When using EPLAN via terminal server or remote desktop, specify the settings for the terminal server in this dialog. This speeds up the update of the view if interface changes have been made.
The following dialog elements are available:
Activate this check box so that the background bitmap is no longer represented upon starting EPLAN. Then specify which individual optimization settings you want in the Graphical editor group box.
If the check box is not selected (default setting), then no optimization occurs.
Note:
Note that your settings for showing or hiding the background bitmap will not be activated until you restart the program.
If you have selected the check box Optimize terminal server, you can specify the individual optimization settings in this group box:
- Bitmap caching: Select this check box if bitmap files should be temporarily saved. The image display will be calmer but the update of the view will take longer.
- Hide mouse pointer: Select this check box so that the cursor is hidden in the graphical editor.
