You have opened the page navigator and opened (at least) one project. Page > Copy from / to.
In this dialog you define which pages from a project are to be copied into another or the same project.
Overview of the main dialog elements:
As default, the current project is displayed here. Use [...] to open the Project selection dialog. All currently open projects are displayed here, and you can also open other projects. Select the project that you wish to copy to. This is then displayed in the selected project tree view.
The name of the current project is displayed in this field, along with the project pages in a tree structure.
This drop-down list displays all the available filters. A chosen filter is activated automatically. The "- Not activated -" entry deactivates the filter and causes an unfiltered display of the data. Click [...] to open the Filter dialog. Here you can create, edit, delete, copy, export, import, and manage filters.
The popup menu of the Filter drop-down list contains the following entries:
- Deactivate: This popup menu item is available if a filter has been set: Resets the filter setting to the "- Not activated -" entry.
- Activate <filter name>: This popup menu item is available if the filter setting is "- Not activated -": Reactivates the last active filter.
This allows you to toggle rapidly between the unfiltered representation and a representation filtered in accordance with your requirements.
The properties of the (first) page selected in the tree are displayed in the table.
If this check box is selected, then a preview of the selected pages is displayed. A maximum of 12 pages are displayed if multiple pages are selected.
