The General info panel displays general information about the currently opened project. This includes basic properties such as its name, project folder, the creation date, the last modification date and the user who made the last change. Furthermore, the following information can be added:

• The Creator field allows for entering the creator's name.
• The Active library drop-down list allows for selecting an active library. If you want to select a library which is not in the list, click the Library connections link to add an existing library or create a new connection.
  (When creating a wire harness within the EPLAN Harness proD workspace, you can place components (e.g. wires, connectable objects, etc.) which are predefined as library items. The content of the active library is displayed in the part navigator by default.)
• The Description field allows for entering detailed informative text.
