Creating a Workspace / Workdesk Template

To specify whether the template should also save the document's user-defined properties, select the Tools > Settings > Workspace > Templates / Tools > Settings > Workdesk > Templates menu items and activate the Save with user-defined properties check box.

  1. Create an empty workspace / workdesk or open an existing one.
  2. The template stores the following data:


    • Document settings
    • Translation editor settings.
    • User-defined properties (optional)
  3. Select the File > Save as template menu items to save the template.

    The Save as dialog is opened for you to browse to a suitable location and assign a name.
  4. Click [Save].
