Change organization settings
The administrator of an organization can use the organization settings to specify how users can become members of their organization and how members of their organization can sign in to the Eplan Cloud.

- Click My settings in the navigation bar.
- Select one of the following options:
- Microsoft work or school account
- Eplan account
- Organization
The administrator can only select this policy if they are signed in to the Eplan Cloud with their Microsoft account.
Members of the organization can only sign in with their Microsoft account. If a user is not signed in to the Eplan Cloud with their Microsoft account yet, they can do this now.
Users may only sign into the organization with two-factor authentication.
Users who sign in with the customer number and serial number of the company organization automatically receive an invitation. The main administrator is informed about this via e-mail. The main administrator's e-mail address is visible to users.
- Click Apply.
- You have changed the organization settings.
The dialog Organization settings opens.
