Devices are logical electronic, fluid-technical or process-engineering units that work together. Devices are named with a device tag (DT), for example M1, K1, X1, XS1, W1.
Mechanical devices have a function definition from the area of the "Mechanics" trade. Like logical (for example electrotechnical) devices, they are numbered with a device tag (DT), but do not have any connection points. Mechanical devices can be placed as 3D part placements in the layout space.
