Cause
You have placed a connector with separate male and female pin representations in the schematic. A corresponding symbol with a direct connection point is used for male and female pins.
Male and female pins have furthermore the same DT, are automatically assigned to the respective male and female pin side, and have the correct function definition. At the male or female pin side, a pin did, however, receive an already assigned designation so that it exists more than once in the plug.
Solution
Change the designation of the relevant pin so that it only exists once (per male / female pin pair) in the plug.
Refresh the connections and then start a new check run.
