Cause

The same connection description is entered more than once for the PLC addresses within a channel. For example, the connection description for the I connection and on the plus supply connection of a channel is identical.

Solution

In the Properties<...> dialog enter a different name for each PLC address of a channel under Connection point description.

Then start a new check run.
