Display and Editing of PLC Data

List of the pre-planning navigator expanded by PLC properties

The PLC properties of the PLC inputs and outputs pre-defined at the planning objects can now also be displayed and edited in the list of the pre-planning navigator.

Changing PLC data of planning objects at the placeholder objects

You can furthermore change the PLC data of the planning objects at the placeholder objects. For this to be possible, the appropriate properties for the PLC address are now available in the Assignment tab of the placeholder objects and can be provided with values via the assignment of variables. Only the data of the existing PLC inputs and outputs can be changed, but no new PLC inputs or outputs can be added or removed.

Number of PLC inputs / outputs per planning object

The number of PLC inputs or outputs at a planning object itself can be displayed by means of five new properties:

Number of digital PLC inputs (ID 44079)
Number of digital PLC outputs (ID 44080)
Number of analog PLC inputs (ID 44081)
Number of analog PLC outputs (ID 44082)
Number of PLC counter inputs (ID 44083).

The PLC inputs or outputs of subordinate segments are not considered here. These properties are available to you for the configuration of the list in the pre-planning navigator, for the property arrangements of placed segments (such as PCT loops), in the forms for the Output of Function Lists in BACnet-compliant Representation, etc.
