Right-click on an area of the menu bar or a toolbar and select the Customize popup menu item.
In this dialog you can adjust the toolbars to your needs.
Toolbars tab
In this tab you select the toolbars to be displayed by selecting or deselecting the corresponding check boxes.

Contains graphical connector and distributor objects like connection angles and distributors. |

Navigators |
Contains commands for opening navigator dialogs. |
Pro Panel |
Contains commands for editing EPLAN Pro Panel projects such as, e.g., Enclosure, Wire duct, and Insert cable / tubing protection. |
Pro Panel device logic |
Contains commands for editing the device logic of EPLAN Pro Panel projects such as, e.g., Mounting grid, Define placement area, and Handle. |
Pro Panel cut-outs |
Contains commands for editing the cut-outs of EPLAN Pro Panel projects such as, e.g., Threaded hole, Slotted hole, and Octagon. |
Pro Panel export |
Contains commands for the export of the equipment data of EPLAN Pro Panel projects such as, e.g., NC Steinhauer, Drilling template, and General wires parts list. |
Pro Panel options |
Contains commands of several options for working in EPLAN Pro Panel projects such as, e.g., Connection preview, Placement options, and Place centered. |
Pro Panel routing |
Contains commands for the routing in EPLAN Pro Panel projects such as, e.g., Routing range, Free routing, and Optimize net manually. |
Project Editing |
Contains commands which you can use to call up various actions for editing projects, such as Number devices, Number terminals, Translate, etc. |
Page |
Contains commands which you can use to call up the page navigator or to insert pages. |
Creation of master data |
Contains commands for editing master data and updating projects. |

Bundle connection points |
Contains commands for inserting bundle connection points, bundle connection point double junctions, etc. |

Contains commands for working with search functions. |

Contains commands for opening dialogs such as the Symbol selection dialog. |
Symbol editor |
Contains commands for easily editing symbols in the symbol editor. |
Topology |
Contains commands with which you can comfortably edit the components of routing path networks (topologies). |
Connections |
Contains graphical objects such as cable definitions, shields, and connection definition points. |
Connection symbols |
Contains graphical connection symbols like double junctions, jumpers, and T-nodes. |
Click this button to create a new toolbar whose name you specify in the Toolbar name dialog.
Click this button if you wish to delete one particular or all user-defined buttons of default toolbars again.
These buttons are only displayed if you have selected user-defined toolbars in the Toolbars list. Click the button in order to rename or delete a user-defined toolbar again.
Check this check box if, in addition to the buttons of the toolbars, their names should also be displayed.
Tab Options
Activate this check box to show small descriptive text boxes on the toolbars.
Show shortcut keys in tooltip:
If this check box is activated, the shortcut keys are also displayed in addition to the descriptions.
If this check box is active, the buttons in the toolbar are displayed as big buttons.
Commands tab
In this tab, select the button you want and "Drag & Drop" it onto a toolbar.

This list contains all program areas with toolbars. You can also access a number of actions and EPLAN menus here.
Once you have selected a category, the associated buttons / commands are displayed in this list.
Note:
If you choose an Action or a Menu without an image file, you have to make other display settings before placing them on a toolbar.
Once you have marked an entry in the Commands list this field displays the associated description.
