You have opened a project. Page > Import > DXF / DWG. In the DXF / DWG file selection dialog, choose (at least) one file and click [Open]. You may have to change the import settings in the DXF / DWG import dialog and start the import by clicking [OK].
In this dialog you specify how new project pages are to be handled.
The following dialog elements are available:
This column displays the names of the DXF / DWG source files. These names cannot be edited here.
The data fields available for the import target depends on the page structure of the target project. The following columns are available:
- Overwrite: Select this check box to specify whether an existing page should be overwritten or not when importing a DXF / DWG file.
- Higher-level function / Mounting location / ...: In the fields for higher-level function, mounting location, etc., click [...], to select a different higher-level function, mounting location, etc. from the list of existing options in the current project.
- Page name: In this field you can manually overwrite the default setting.
- Supplementary field: Sheet no.: The sheet number is a supplementary page property of page names. If necessary, define any extra information for the imported page here.

Adjusts the width of all table columns so that both the headings and column contents are fully legible. |
Font size 100% |
This menu item is only available if the font size has been changed in the table (via [Ctrl] + scrolling with the mouse wheel). Re-displays the text in the table in its original font size. |
Select all |
Selects the entire table. |
Cut / Copy / Paste |
Reflects the Windows functions for editing data. |
Delete |
Deletes the currently selected entry. |
Opens the Number pages dialog, where you can automatically assign page names.
Note:
If under Options > Settings > User > Interfaces > DXF / DWG export and import in the Import tab you have selected the option Manual correction, then the Import formatting dialog will open, where you can correct the automatically determined drawing limits.
