When working with the JIC standard, it is normal to display multiple schematic pages on one sheet. To do this, the page is divided into subpages by a system of "ladders". In a plot frame, you use the "Number of ladders" property to specify how many ladder systems are to be displayed on a page. For DIN plot frames, this entry should be set to 1.
