Improvement when Entering Texts not to be Translated

If you use the EPLAN rights management, you can specify that certain user groups can only enter texts that already exist in the dictionary. This setting previously only applied for all multilingual texts irrespective of whether they are translated or not. Texts that are not translated can now be entered independently of the rights management.

Benefit:

If you use the new setting Allow any entry for texts not to be translated, users who may only insert texts from the dictionary can nevertheless enter any texts in as far as they have been excluded from translation.

To this purpose the new setting Allow any entry for texts not to be translated is available in the project settings and in the user settings for the translation. In this settings dialog you specify which texts (free texts, path function texts, properties such as Remark etc.) are translated. Texts that are deactivated for the respective check box are excluded from the translation. The menu path for the project setting is for example: Options > Settings > Projects > "Project name" > Translation > Extent.

If this check box is activated, multilingual texts that are excluded from translation can be entered at any time irrespective of the rights management. In this case the project setting also applies for the user-defined properties in the project and the user setting also applies for the user-defined part properties.

If this check box is deactivated, the restriction specified in the rights management applies for all multilingual texts.
