You have selected a project or pages in the page navigator. You have inserted external documents via hyperlinks or have entered them at parts. Project > Print attached documents.
All attached documents linked in the project are listed in this dialog. Attached documents are external documents inserted into schematic pages via hyperlinks or entered into the parts used on the page. From these documents, you select those that are to be printed. In order for attached documents to be printed, the files must be located on a local drive or a network drive to which you have access.
Note:
Please note that the following linked documents are not taken into account when printing via Print attached documents:
- Pages of page type "External document". These pages are already printed via the "normal" print functionality.
- Linked documents on report pages. These attached documents are covered by the parts that have already been taken into account.
- Documents linked via the http protocol (e.g., Internet pages).
The following dialog elements are available:
All attached documents linked in the project are listed in this table. The table contains the following columns:
- Document: The file name and path of the external document are shown here.
- Page, part: The page names or part numbers for which attached documents have been found are listed here. For documents that are linked in a project multiple times, the respective page names or part numbers are separately listed separated by commas.
- Printing: If the check box in a cell is selected, the associated document is printed. If the check box is deselected, the document is not printed.

Freeze panes |
Fixes all the rows of the table above the selected row, or all of the columns to the left of the selected column. The rows below, or the columns to the right of the selection, can still be moved by using the scroll bar. |
Unfreeze panes |
Removes the freezing so that all of the rows and columns can again be moved using the scroll bar. |
Adjust column width |
Adjusts the width of all table columns so that both the headings and column contents are fully legible. |
Font size 100% |
This menu item is only available if the font size has been changed in the table (via [Ctrl] + scrolling with the mouse wheel). Re-displays the text in the table in its original font size. |
