Cause
Possibility 1
A part placement was deleted later from the mounting panel after a report or moved such that its insertion point is no longer within the mounting panel.
Possibility 2
A wiring diagram was removed from the black box assigned to the mounting panel after a report or moved such that the insertion points of the components shown are no longer within the mounting panel.
Solution
- Locate the relevant mounting panel in the schematic using the Go to (graphic) functionality from the popup menu in the Message management dialog.
- Check whether the insertion points of all part placements are inside the mounting panel.
- If this is not the case move the relevant part placements appropriately.
- Also use the Go to (cross-referenced) functionality to switch to the black box assigned to the mounting panel with the connection diagrams.
- Check here whether all DTs for the items shown on the connection diagrams are also available for the part placements on the mounting panel.
- If not, delete all the connection diagrams inside the black box and start a new report.
- Furthermore check by pressing the [I] key whether all insertion points of the items shown in the connection diagrams are within the black box. If not, move the relevant connection diagrams as appropriate.
- Then start a new check run.
