Cause
A cut-out was placed on a mounting surface as a user-defined outline without an NC record.
Solution
Define an NC record for the user-defined outline. Proceed as follows:
- Locate the outline in the layout space by using the Go to (graphic) functionality from the popup menu in the Message management dialog.
- Call up the Properties <...> dialog of the user-defined outline, and remember the name of the file displayed in the Outline field of the *.fc1 file type.
- Close the property dialog with [Cancel].
- Select the following commands: Tab Master data > Command group Outline / form > Drop-down button Outline (NC data) > Open.
- Select the name of the file you have remembered in the Open outline dialog, and click [Open].
The user-defined outline is opened in the outline editor. - Select the following commands: Tab Edit > Command group NC record > Drop-down button Generate > Steinhauer or Rittal - Perforex BC (LC) / Secarex.
- In the NC outline record <...> dialog select the machine, the milling cutter, as well as the approach process, and confirm your selections with [OK].
- Using the cursor set the Starting point of the milling cutter for the user-defined outline.
The milling paths and drilling points are represented in color. - Then select the following command path: Tab Master data > Command group Outline / form > Drop-down button Outline (NC data) > Close, and confirm the subsequent system message for the master data synchronization with [Yes].
Now, an NC record is generated in the outline file *.fc1. - Place the user-defined outline again on the mounting surface.
- If required, start a new check run.
Note:
Note that the check run takes into account the machine-specific settings under the File > Settings > Company > Machining menu items. If setting ranges of the machine type NC export Rittal - Perforex / Secarex and NC export Steinhauer or variants thereof are defined there, missing NC records must be generated for all machine types or variants to prevent the check run message 026030.
