Cause
An additional connection that has not yet been assigned to a daisy chain was placed within a net in the schematic. The additional connection contains a copy of a component that is part of the net. The connection point ID for net-based connections exists twice through the copying process.
A net N1 in the schematic connects 5 fuses (-F1 to -F5) with the potential L1. The connection points form the following daisy chain:

An additional fuse -F6 with a T-node is placed within the net In the schematic by copying and renaming the fuse -F4.
After inserting the connection the daisy chain remains unchanged since the connection point -F6:1 has not yet been assigned to the daisy chain.

When copying the fuse -F4 the connection point ID for the net-based connection was copied as well so that now two connection point IDs "4" exist in the net.
Solution
Integrate the copied connection into a daisy chain.
Proceed as follows with regard to the example listed above:
- Locate the relevant net definition point in the schematic using the Go to (graphic) function from the popup menu in the Message management dialog.
- Open the Properties <...> dialog of the net definition point.
- Bring the Net connections tab to the front.
- In the Connection points table, determine the added connection point.
Note:
As soon as you open the property dialog, no double connection point IDs for net-based connections are displayed anymore in the Connection points table, but unique IDs are. In the example the connection point ID 7 is assigned automatically to the fuse -F6. In reality the connection point IDs still exist twice (ID 4).
You can recognize that -F6 has been added at the assigned value 0 in the Number of targets field in the Connection points table.
- Insert the connection point into the daisy chain by clicking (Create daisy chain) and selecting Connection points -F6:1 in the table.
Connection point -F6:1 is copied to the Connections table and entered below the horizontal line of the daisy chain. This creates a new daisy chain. - Click (End daisy chain) to complete the daisy chain.
A horizontal line is created below connection point -F6:1 in the Connections table. - Select the connection point -F6:1 in the new daisy chain, then click the (Move up) button to move it to the first daisy chain below the connection point -F5:1.
The second daisy chain is deleted in the process. - Close the Properties <...> dialog of the net definition point by clicking [OK].
The double IDs are removed automatically and the new connection is integrated into the daisy chain of the net. - If required, start a new check run.
