Cause

When placing or moving a part on the mounting surface or mounting rail, the mounting clearance from the adjacent part was not observed.

The mounting clearances for a part can be specified in the Parts management dialog in the Properties tab. To this purpose properties such as Mounting clearance Width: Left, Mounting clearance Width: Right, etc. are available in the subordinate hierarchy level Mounting clearances of the hierarchy level Mounting data.

Solution

1. From the Message management dialog, double click on the message to locate the part in the layout space in question.
2. Move the part to the mounting surface or mounting rail.
3. If required, start a new check run.
