Cause
During the export of the NC machining data, a missing setting was discovered.
Which setting is missing is indicated by the placeholder <x> in the message. The following placeholders are possible:
- The outline definition does not contain an NC outline record for the machine
- The outline definition does not contain NC outline records
- The outline definition was not found
- No tool for drill hole D<value a>
- No tool for thread M<value a>
- Cut-out <Form variant> too small for selected tool
- Alternative drill hole D<value b> produced for drill hole D<value a>
- Alternative drill hole D <value a> is milled
- Alternative thread M<value b> produced for thread M<value a>
- Alternative thread M<value b> drilled for thread M<value a>
- Alternative core hole D<value b> milled for thread M<value a>
- Slotted hole with identical values for height and length was not exported
- Rotated restricted cut-out area cannot be exported.
Additional information:
- Value a = value of diameter to be produced (from placement)
- Value b = value of diameter which is actually produced
- Form variant = placeholder for the forms "Rectangle", "Slotted hole", "Octagon", "Hexagon"
- Regarding "Slotted hole with identical values for height and length was not exported.": The drilling pattern was not defined correctly in the parts database.
Solution
- Complete and / or modify the setting for the export of the NC machining data in correspondence with the placeholder.
"Slotted hole with identical values for height and length was not exported.": Change the drill type to "Drill". - Export the NC machining data again.
