This section provides information about the new and corrected symbols that are available to you in the master data as of the current version.
Notes:
- The following pages show a number of illustrations of new symbols from different symbol libraries. The illustrations show the variant "A" of the respective symbols in multi-line or single-line representation (at a deactivated project setting Display rotated connection point designation). The name and number of the symbol are shown underneath the symbol.
- Several symbols dispose of the same symbol graphic. These symbols do, however, differ with regard to usage in the trades, the function definitions, the symbol properties and their positions. New symbols that have the same symbol graphic are displayed together.
IEC, GOST, and GB standards
The following extensions and corrections have been carried out in the symbol libraries:
- At the
234 symbol the insertion point was located outside the symbol graphic. For this reason the symbol has been renamed and locked (XBD2_1 // 234 ). In addition the symbol has been corrected and added to the symbol libraries "IEC_single_symbol ", "GOST_single_symbol " and "GB_single_symbol " as a new symbol.

- In the symbol libraries "
IEC_symbol ", "GOST_symbol " and "GB_symbol " the representation of the connection points has been corrected for the following symbols:STELL3 // 1051 STELL4 // 1052 STELL5 // 1053 STELL6 // 1054 - In the symbol libraries "
IEC_symbol ", "GOST_symbol " and "GB_symbol " the symbol graphic was corrected for the following symbols:M2GR // 1465 M2S // 1615 M3S // 1616 - The
SCHB5 // 1205 symbol has been corrected in all standard symbol libraries. - Several symbols for isolating terminals (among others
XTR1 // 197 ,XTR2 // 222 ) have been corrected in all standard symbol libraries. - In the symbol libraries "
IEC_symbol " and "IEC_single_symbol " the symbols330-339 (PLC connection points) have been corrected. - In the symbol library "
GOST_symbol " the symbol graphic was corrected in the symbolQ4_2 // 1591 .
NFPA standard
The following extensions and corrections have been carried out in the symbol libraries:
- At the
234 symbol the insertion point was located outside the symbol graphic. For this reason the symbol has been renamed and locked (XBD2_1 // 234 ). The symbol has also been corrected and added to the symbol library "NFPA_single_symbol " as a new symbol.

- In the symbol library "
NFPA_symbol " the representation of the connection points has been corrected for the following symbols:STELL3 // 1051 STELL4 // 1052 STELL5 // 1053 STELL6 // 1054 - In the symbol library "
NFPA_symbol " the symbol graphic has been corrected for the following symbols:M2GR // 1465 M2S // 1615 M3S // 1616 - The
SCHB5 // 1205 symbol has been corrected in all standard symbol libraries. - Several symbols for isolating terminals (among others
XTR1 // 197 ,XTR2 // 222 ) have been corrected in all standard symbol libraries. - In addition, several symbols in which the properties were placed too close to the symbol graphic were corrected in the "
NFPA_symbol " and "NFPA_single_symbol " symbol libraries.
Process engineering and building automation
The following extensions and corrections have been carried out in the symbol libraries:
- The connection points of a symbol were not correct in the "
PID_ESS " and "PID_ESS_S50 " symbol libraries. For this reason the symbol has been blocked (WT_19_d // 120 ) and replaced by the following new symbol.

|
- In the symbol libraries "
PID_ESS " and "PID_ESS_S50 " the symbolF_23G // 1022 in variant D had the wrong symbol graphic. This has been corrected. - The symbol descriptions of the following symbols have been corrected in both symbol libraries:
HV_1 // 1465 HV_2 // 1466 - In addition the placement of properties has been optimized for several symbols in the "
PID_ESS_S50 " symbol library.
