- You have selected one or more pages in the page navigator. Popup menu item Copy. In the page navigator, click the position where the copied pages are to be inserted. Popup menu item Insert. Select the DT tab.
- Tab Home > Command group Page > Drop-down button Page macro > Insert. In the selection dialog, select a page macro and click [Open]. Select the DT tab.
The displayed DTs of the source functions including their structure identifiers, their function definition and placement as well as displayed DTs of the functions are inserted into a table and displayed on this tab. The displayed DT of the target function can be modified.
Overview of the main dialog elements:
The respective data of the source project or macro are displayed in the fields for the object, the displayed DT and the placement. These cannot be edited here.
Target:
The displayed DT appears after the placement in the displayed DT field. You can enter a different value here manually. If you have entered structure identifiers that do not yet exist in the target project, they are inserted according to the user settings for identifiers (option Enter new identifiers in alphabetical order or Add new identifiers to the end) in the table of identifiers. If necessary, you can also set another sorting of new structure identifiers in structure identifier management later on.
Popup menu:
The popup menu provides - depending on the field type (e.g. date, integer, multilingual) - the following menu items that are, depending on the situation, available for influencing the table or editing the values in the fields. You can find an overview of these popup menu items in the section Popup menu items.
Resets the displayed DT to the original values. Manual changes to the displayed DT are undone. This can be useful if you want to insert multiple-page macros into a project, and want them to retain their original structure identifiers.
