Improvements in the Project Data Backup

In the past the data backup of projects had some problems which related to the scope of the backup and the backup of external documents and images. In order to improve the data backup in this context, the settings existing in the Options group box of the dialog Back up projects have either been removed or revised:

As a result of the optimizations only the renamed setting Automatically copy referenced files remains. (The Options group box has also been removed.) The new features affecting this setting are described in the section "Improved Solutions for Storing Files".
The setting Back up entire project has been removed from the program. All files in the project directory are now always backed up.
In the past this setting could be deactivated in order to reduce the size of the backup file. However, backing up and restoring took longer as a result. In connection with this change the two parameters BACKUPAMOUNT and COMPRESSPRJ of the action backup have been removed.
The settings Back up stored external documents and Back up stored image files have also been removed. The backup of stored external documents and image files is now always carried out by default.
The two options were also removed when the "Back up data" action was executed in automated processing. By means of the backup action you can, however, still execute these functionalities via the command line or via the ribbon.

Improved compression in the project data backup

During the project data backup the compression method LZMA2 is now used to compress the files instead of LZMA. This means that the packing and unpacking of projects takes place significantly faster during the data backup and the file sizes of the zw1 files are also smaller.
