    Public Properties
     NameDescription
    Public PropertyEnabledReturns true if locking mechanism is enabled in this version.  
    Public PropertyLockingStepCountReturns the number of active LockingSteps. This is not the length of the vector, because the locking-operations are stored(represented) there (not the LockingSteps).
