Import and export configurations
The configuration that you carry out manually in the Project Builder can also be imported from an XML or XLSX exchange file. This shortens the configuration process. The creation of an exchange file takes place via an export in the Project Builder or externally under compliance with specific structure rules of the respective exchange format.
Note
- The rules contained in a library are not part of the exchange file. Whether and which contents are permissible, cannot be checked in the exchange file itself.
- Refer to the performance description from the EPLAN Platform product to find out whether your version supports the corresponding exchange format.
