Use the Request e-mail button which is located below the toolbar of the EPLAN Data Portal to confirm your e-mail address.
Once you have clicked this button, an e-mail is sent to EPLAN (with the e-mail address as stored in the User data > Properties dialog). Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail response from the EPLAN Data Portal. To confirm your e-mail address, click on the link available in this e-mail.
If you change your e-mail address in the user profile, then the confirmation message with the Request e-mail button is once more displayed in the EPLAN Data Portal.
Notes:
- To exclude erroneous entries during input or the misuse of your e-mail address, you should confirm your e-mail address. In addition the confirmation of the address is absolutely necessary if you want to work with the Data Portal-internal Message management and User group management functionalities!
- If you do not receive an e-mail response from the EPLAN Data Portal, then first check the e-mail address specified in your confirmation, and also check the contents of the folder used by your e-mail program for SPAM / Junk e-mail. Click the Request confirmation mail again button in the User data > Properties dialog to request another confirmation.
