EPLAN API was created, using the Microsoft® .Net 4.5.2 technology.
To develop applications with the EPLAN API, we recommend Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or 2015. However it should work also with other development environments for the Microsoft .Net framework 4.5.2. The EPLAN API however was not tested with other IDEs, than the one mentioned above.

Make sure you don't mix EPLAN API assemblies, which use different frameworks.
