Invite a user
- Click the icon in the selection area.
- Click Invite via e-mail.
- Enter the e-mail address of the user you want to invite.
- Click Invite.
- You have invited the user.
- Until the user has accepted the invitation, the icon is displayed next to the name of the user.
The Invite users dialog opens.
Invite multiple users from e-mail program
Tip
You can use copy & paste to invite multiple users from different data sources (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word). The following characters are supported as separators between the e-mail addresses: semicolon, comma, tab, line feed.
- Click the icon in the selection area.
- Click Invite via e-mail
- Open a new message in your e-mail program.
- In the e-mail program, open your address book and select multiple recipients or a group.
- Confirm your selection.
- Copy the complete contents of the recipient list into the Clipboard.
- Switch to the user management.
- Now add the copied recipient list in the dialog Invite users.
- Click Invite.
- You have invited the users and their names are listed in the user management.
- Until the users have accepted the invitation, the icon is displayed next to the name of the users.
The Invite users dialog opens.
If you have selected a group, you first have to break it up in the e-mail program. This way all the recipients within the group become visible in the recipient list.
Check the e-mail addresses. (If an e-mail address is incorrect, it is highlighted in red.)
