Invite users via Microsoft Entra ID
Important
- The Microsoft account must be integrated into Microsoft Entra ID. Further information is available here.
- You must be logged into the Eplan Cloud with your Microsoft account. If you have not yet used your Microsoft account to sign in, you can add this account later. Further information is available here.
Invite a user via Microsoft Entra ID
Prerequisite

The Microsoft account must be integrated into Microsoft Entra ID. Further information is available here.
- You must be logged into the Eplan Cloud with your Microsoft account.
- Click the
icon in the selection area. - Click Invite via Microsoft Entra ID.
- Enter the name of the user you want to invite.
- Select the desired
user. - Click Invite.
- You have invited the user.
- Until the user has accepted the invitation, the
icon is displayed next to the name of the user.
The Invite users dialog opens.
If the dialog for querying the Microsoft Entra ID permission "Read all users" opens, follow the steps here.
Invite groups (multiple users) via Microsoft Entra ID
Prerequisite

The Microsoft account must be integrated into Microsoft Entra ID. Further information is available here.
- You must be logged into the Eplan Cloud with your Microsoft account.
- Permission to read groups must have been granted in Microsoft Entra ID. Further information is available here.
- Click the icon in the selection area.
- Click Invite via Microsoft Entra ID.
- Enter the name of the group or part of it in the search field.
- Select the desired
group. - Click Invite.
- You have invited the users and their names are listed in the user management.
- Until the users have accepted the invitation, the icon is displayed next to the name of the users.
The Invite users dialog opens.
You can also find and invite multiple groups.
The group is disbanded. This way all the recipients within the group become visible in the recipient list.
