Parameters

strToolbarName

the name of the toolbar. It has to be unique.

eDockPos

the toolbar gets docked or should float.

nRow

when docked, the toolbar is added in this row. (Starting at 0)

nCol

when docked, the toolbar is added in this col. (Starting at 0)

bNewRow

when docked, add a new row for this toolbar.
